Before the session, apply a thick layer of Comfort Cream to clean, dry skin. Cover with cling film and leave for 45–60 minutes, then remove before your artist begins. During the session, use Comfort Spray on the treated area during breaks — or Comfort Gel if you chose that format. Afterwards, aftercare is two steps, not one: clean the treated area with the foam cleanser first, then apply a thin layer of balm to heal. Always carry out a patch test at least 24 hours before first use.

Who is the Silver bundle for?
Silver is the balanced option for standard tattoo sessions — well matched to typical appointments across a range of placements and session lengths. For longer pieces or more sensitive placements, Gold is a better match. For first-time clients, ribs, hands, feet, or full sleeves, Platinum is built for those demands. For short, lower-sensitivity work, a Bronze bundle is the right answer.
Should I choose Comfort Spray or Comfort Gel?
Comfort Spray is our recommended during-session product — quick to apply over the treated area during breaks. Comfort Gel is a valid alternative if you prefer a gel format; it does the same job. Choose whichever format suits you at checkout — the rest of the bundle stays the same.
What size should I choose — Mini or Ultimate?
Mini includes Comfort Cream 10g, enough for a single standard session. Ultimate includes Comfort Cream 30g, suited to clients who prefer extra to hand or book sessions regularly. The spray or gel, foam cleanser and balm are the same in both.

Clean the treated area first with the foam cleanser, then apply a thin layer of the balm — developed to support healing skin after a session, not a generic moisturiser with an aftercare label. Thin is the word that matters: too much product suffocates the skin, traps moisture, and slows recovery. Your practitioner's aftercare instructions take priority.
Can I use the bundle for procedures other than tattoos?
Yes. The Comfort System supports any procedure that calls for numbing preparation and considered aftercare. Tattoo work is the most common use, and the guidance here is written with that in mind, but the same before, during, and after steps apply to other treatments. Follow your practitioner's guidance for your specific procedure.
