The Professional Line came first — not as a marketing position, but as a development decision. The formulations were built around studio workflow: what artists need during a session, what practitioners need for clinic preparation, and what sizing makes sense for professional use rather than single-session consumer packs.
The consumer Comfort Cream tiers were developed from that professional base afterward. When your clients arrive prepared with Totally Numb, they're using a product built from the same formulation work you're using in the studio.
