When should I choose Gold?
Gold is matched to longer pieces or more sensitive placements — sessions that ask more of your skin than a standard sitting, without the full demands a Platinum session makes. If you're booked for a shorter, lower-sensitivity piece, Silver or Bronze is a better match.
Should I choose Comfort Spray or Comfort Gel?
Comfort Spray is our recommended during-session product — quick coverage across the treated area to maintain comfort once work is underway. Comfort Gel is a valid alternative if you prefer a gel to a spray. Both do the same job during the session. Comfort Cream remains your main preparation either way.
Which size should I choose — Mini or Ultimate?
Ultimate includes the 30g cream and suits the longer sessions Gold is built for, where generous coverage across the treated area matters. Mini includes the 10g cream and can suit a targeted application on a smaller, more sensitive placement. For most Gold sessions, Ultimate is the right answer.
How does the aftercare work?
Aftercare is two steps, not one. Clean the treated area first with Aftercare Foam Cleanser, then apply a thin layer of Aftercare Balm to support healing skin. Thin is the word that matters — too much product suffocates the skin, traps moisture, and slows recovery. Your practitioner's aftercare instructions take priority.
