About Totally Numb

Totally Numb makes numbing products for tattoo and aesthetic procedure clients. The brand was built for professionals first — tattoo artists, aesthetic practitioners, and cosmetic clinics — and the consumer range was developed directly from those professional formulations.

Every product in the range is designed around a single principle: the right level of comfort for the right type of session. Not a one-size-fits-all cream, not a colour-coded guessing game, and not a percentage on a label.

Most numbing products are sold the same way: a percentage on a label and a promise that higher means stronger. That framing forces buyers to guess, and it tells them nothing about which product suits their procedure, their session length, or their skin.

The Comfort System replaces that with a structure that actually helps. Four cream tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum — mapped to session type and demand. Comfort Spray — Platinum for before-and-during support on longer or more intensive work. Comfort Gel — Platinum for aesthetic procedures where cream is not the primary format. An aftercare range — Aftercare Balm, Aftercare Foam Cleanser, and supporting products — for recovery.
