Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend, and double when you order in the Totally Numb app. Points land on any order placed while you are signed in.

Turn points into money off — 100 points is £1. Use them in your basket, or claim a code from your account.

Rewards questions
Points expire after 24 months without earning or redeeming any — earning or redeeming restarts the clock, so an active account never loses points. This applies from 1 September 2026, and points you earned before that date will not expire before 1 September 2028 at the earliest. Discount codes you have already claimed do not expire.
