How it works

Points are tied to your account and collect automatically whenever you're signed in — no cards, no codes. Here is the whole process.

Sign in or create an account.
Points are linked to your Totally Numb account. Create one or sign in — it takes a moment, and there is no separate rewards sign-up.
Shop as usual.
Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend. Points land on any order placed while you are signed in.
Redeem for money off.
Turn points into a discount on a future order — 100 points is £1 off, applied from your account.

100 points: = £1 off your order

Redeeming & the rules

Redeem
100 points is £1 off, applied to a future order from your account.
No expiry
Your points don't expire.
Signed-in orders only
Points collect when you are signed in. Guest checkout doesn't earn.
Refunds
Points earned on an order are removed if that order is later refunded.

Points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash. Points earned on an order are removed if that order is later refunded. Ways to earn marked 'coming soon' are planned and not yet active.
