Shipping & Delivery

Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us at cs@totally-numb.com and we will update the address. Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

All orders include a delivery charge. Standard delivery starts from £1.99.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Q: My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Check your tracking link first. If the expected delivery window has passed and tracking shows no update, contact us at cs@totally-numb.com with your order number.

Q: What happens if I'm not home for delivery?

Your courier will follow their standard redelivery process. This typically means a card is left with instructions for redelivery or collection. Check your tracking link for details.

All orders placed before 3:30pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:30pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day. All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Tracking your order

A confirmation email is sent once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. You can also track your order directly at royalmail.com/track-your-item. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at cs@totally-numb.com.

Problems with your delivery

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at cs@totally-numb.com with your order number and we will resolve it. All delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
