Before the session, apply a thick layer of Comfort Cream to clean, dry skin. Cover with cling film and leave for 45–60 minutes, then remove immediately before you start. During the session, use Comfort Spray on clean, intact skin to maintain comfort through a long sitting — or Comfort Gel as your alternative. Afterwards, aftercare is two steps, not one: clean the treated area with the Aftercare Foam Cleanser first, then apply a thin layer of Aftercare Balm. Patch test each product at least 24 hours before first use.

If your session makes real demands on your skin, this is the appropriate preparation. For shorter work on less sensitive areas, a lower tier is a better match.
Should I choose Comfort Spray or Comfort Gel?
Both cover the same during-session step, so choose the format you prefer. We recommend Comfort Spray for most sessions — quick to apply across a wider area between passes. Comfort Gel is the alternative if you prefer a targeted application by hand. Comfort Cream always leads your preparation; the spray or gel supports you through the sitting.
Mini or Ultimate — which size should I choose?
Ultimate pairs a 30g Comfort Cream and is the appropriate choice for the long, large-scale sessions Platinum is built for. Mini pairs a 10g cream, which may suit smaller or more targeted work. For full sleeves and full-day sittings, Ultimate gives you adequate coverage across a wide treated area.
