For external use only. Do not apply to broken, healing or irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Carry out a patch test at least 24 hours before first use.

Use on healed tattoos only. Clean and dry the skin first. Draw two to three drops into the dropper, warm them between your fingertips, then work the oil over the tattoo in small circles until it has absorbed. A little covers a large piece.
Apply as often as you want the finish — before an event, after a shower, or as part of a daily routine over Daily Hydration Moisturiser.
Can I use this on a new tattoo?
No. Highlighting Oil is for healed work. A fresh tattoo is an open wound and needs a cleansing and healing routine instead — Tattoo Cleansing Bar to wash, then Aftercare Balm on clean skin. Come back to the oil once the area has finished flaking and the skin has closed, usually two to three weeks after your session.
How do I know my tattoo is healed enough?
The surface has stopped peeling, there is no scabbing or weeping, and the skin no longer feels raised or tender. If any of those are still present, stay on your healing routine.
What does it actually do?
Dry skin scatters light and makes settled ink look flat and cloudy. Conditioning the surface lets the colour read closer to how it looked when it was fresh. The effect is cosmetic and lasts while the skin stays conditioned — it does not change the ink itself.
Will it make my skin greasy?
Not when used at the stated amount. Two to three drops is enough for a large piece. Applying more than the skin can absorb is what leaves a residue.
Do I still need a moisturiser?
They do different jobs. Daily Hydration Moisturiser handles everyday hydration; the oil is a finishing step over the top. Many people use the moisturiser daily and the oil when they want the tattoo to show at its best.
Can I use it on old tattoos?
Yes. It is suited to older work, where dryness has dulled the surface over time.
