Delete your account

You can delete your Senseless account and the personal data we hold for it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens when you do.

How to delete your account

In the Senseless app — open the Account tab, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm, and your account is deleted straight away.

Or request it by email — if you can't use the app, email cs@senseless.uk from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll action it and confirm, normally within a few days.

What gets deleted

Your Senseless customer account and its personal details, and your rewards account — your points balance and, if you added it, your date of birth.

What we keep, and why

Records of past orders are kept where the law requires us to retain them (for example, for tax and accounting). These are held against the order, not your account, and are not used for anything else once your account is gone.
